We highly recommend that international customers purchase Route Insurance. Route Insurance will cover any lost, stolen or damaged packages. You can add Route to your order in the shipping portion of checkout.

For all international orders please provide your shipping address in English at checkout. Any other languages and missing fields will cause a delay in fulfilling your order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive if it is international. International shipping charges are based on total price of items, the weight of the package, and it’s destination. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the carrier attempts to deliver your order and you are not at home, please take the necessary steps to retrieve the order.

All applicable customs and broker fees along with taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the Customs agent to release your package. We have no control over possible delays due to Customs once the package has left the U.S. We have no control over how much duties and fees to your country are.

By placing an order at Pink Arrows Boutique, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable Customs Import fees and/or surcharges and the cost of return shipping back to Pink Arrows Boutique. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

For refunds or store credit, you may ship items to our warehouse using any PINK ARROWS LLC, Attn: Returns, 77 Solano Square #328, Benicia, CA 94510.

We cannot accept COD returns. We are unable to process exchanges for orders shipping internationally. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact customer service at customerservice@pinkarrows.com.
