SIGNUP FOR A NEW REWARDS ACCOUNT:
Once you complete the form you will receive an email and will need to confirm your information to finish creating your account.
HOW TO LOGIN
Click on the 'Returning Customer' Login button above on the Create Account page or on the Rewards Tab on the Main Menu:
If this is your first time logging in on the website and have made a purchase in our store or have made a purchase online and did not setup a password, you will need to click on the "New Customer" button and follow the instructions above and use the email that you used for your previous purchases. Once you get to the Create Account Page and complete the information you will receive an error message like the below "This email address is already associated with an account. If the account is yours, you can reset your password." Click on the 'Reset the Password' link:
You will receive the below customer login reset password page and need to reenter your email that you used in the store/or on previous purchase.
Once you put in your email you will receive the below confirmation on the screen that says - "customer login- reset password- we've sent you an email with a link to update your password."
Check your email for the below and will need to click on the 'Reset Password' button.
LOGGING IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
Once you login to your account you can view your previous orders and address on file.
Now you can click on the 'Check Rewards' button under the customer care to view your rewards.
There will be 2 tabs on the Rewards Window. The first tab which says 'Rewards' will show the coupons you have unlocked- and if you have reached a reward the lock will be a button to click on for your coupon. The total reward points you have will be at the top of the window.
The 2nd tab 'Earn' will show ways that you can earn more rewards:
