Your product may be eligible for price matching if it is:
- An identical product: must be matching brand, style, and color to qualify.
- Product must be immediately available at a qualifying online retailer.
- We match qualifying online retailers including Nordstrom.com, Shopbop.com, Revolve.com, Zappos.com and Freepeople.com.
- Product must be not shown on our exclusions list including, but not limited to special daily or hourly sales, and items for sale Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving.
After reviewing the above criteria, follow the simple steps below.
- Find a Qualifying Product: Make sure the product you would like to price match is identical to our competitor's product (it must be a matching brand with identical style and color).
- Fill out the form below and let us know the website where you find the product available at a lower price (and in stock in the same size) and the item you would like to price match from our store.

Our Price Match Guarantee does not cover:
- Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers, outlets, and discounted websites including, but not limited to: EBay, Poshmark, Nordstrom Rack, Zulily. Last Call, Bluefly, 6pm, The Outnet, and Amazon.
- Bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock items, clearance items, pre-owned items, items from clearance stores, discounts related to membership programs, and items for sale Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving. Competitors' coupons.
- Also, customers can either use a coupon or price match to a lower price, but not both.
- Pink Arrows does not allow a coupon to be used on a product that has a price match.
