FREE RETURN INFORMATION

ALL SALE ITEMS ENDING IN $.99 AND HOLIDAY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

RETURNS + DAMAGES: Returns: 14 Day must be in new/sellable condition (unworn, unwashed, free of stains, scuffs, tears, snags, smells)with tags attached for a refund or exchange (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Shoes must be unworn and bras, swimwear and underwear are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  Any Damages must be reported within 2 Days of purchase and must be in new/sellable condition with tags attached for refund or exchanges.

HOLIDAY GIFT RETURN POLICY 🎁🎄
Extended return policy - all gift orders placed between November 10 and December 24 will be eligible for exchange or store credit through January 10. Items purchased during this period will qualify for our standard 14-day policy. Please note: All existing policies, exceptions, and exclusions apply for the holiday extension.

Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.

Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” Items on sale are only eligible for store credit. All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.

Please include your packing slip in your return. Packages returned without this may cause a delay in the return process.

Free return shipping if you decide to use our return label portal below. You may choose to return with your own shipping label but we advise using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not currently offer return labels for international customers.

Please include this form in your return package.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We will not accept returned garments that were not approved in our returns portal. No exceptions.

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. 

Once our team has provided a return label & approved the defective item, it must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label. 

  • Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged
  • Holiday clothing items and accessories including but not limited to Christmas Sweaters, T-shirts, accessories and ornaments.
  • Items without the original tags and packaging
  • Gift Cards
  • Final sale items (end in $.99)

Above items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

We will not be held liable for the loss of any returned item(s) during the transit back to us. We advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification.

On receiving your returned item(s) we will refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment card. The original delivery costs (where applicable) will not be refunded. Returns are credited to the original payment method, unless received more than 14 days after the delivery date. Returns received after 14 days are reimbursed via Pink Arrows Boutique eGift Card, which is sent to the email associated with your order. Refunds will not be issued until the return has arrived at the Pink Arrows Boutique warehouse and has been approved.
