We offer free USPS shipping everyday.

When Will My Order Ship?
All orders will ship out same day if ordered by 1pm (PST).  Orders sent by USPS First Class Mail usually arrive within 3-7 business days.  Need it fast?  Priority Mail usually arrive between 2-3 business days. We cannot replace merchandise that has been misplaced due to theft, a package being left outside for a long length of time, or an incorrect address.

International Shipping
Free USPS First Class International Shipping for orders over $100.  Taxes and fees not included. $10 International Shipping for all orders under $100.  We ship to most countries. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive if it is international. 
All applicable Customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  We have no control over possible delays due to Customs once the package has left the U.S.  By placing an order at Pink Arrows Boutique, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable Customs Import fees and/or surcharges.

How do I make an exchange/return?

Need an exchange or you just didn't fall in love? Contact us via email or phone and we will send you a free shipping label to send back your order.

What can't I return?

All intimates, swimwear, sale, and gift cards will be a final sale, we cannot offer any returns, exchanges or store credit.

Terms and conditions:

All returns must be in new and unworn condition, and tags attached and made within 21 days of receipt of purchase. If jewelry patinas, changes skin color or looks worn, we cannot offer any exchange or return.
