FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What does "final sale" mean?

If an item is marked "final sale," it cannot be returned or exchanged.  Store Credit or refund will not be issued for any returned "final sale" items.

When will you be getting xxxx back in stock?

Our items are often reordered when there is enough interest, and we do our best to get more as soon as possible.  If you see an item that you would like (that is not in stock), send us an email and let us know.

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?

We are sorry but our system only accepts the last coupon entered.  It is not possible for coupon codes to be combined.

What is "pending" order status?

"Pending" means that our system has successfully received your order.  When your order is shipped, we will email you a confirmation number and change the status to "shipped".

Where is my return?

Returns are usually processed within 5-7 business days after we have received your package.  Once the return is completed, we will send you an email with the details.  Please keep track of your package with the tracking number on your return shipped label.

Do gift certificates qualify for promotions and special orders?

We are sorry but gift certificates do not count towards purchase amount required for free shipping or promotional offers.
