Here are our steps:

Step 1: Answer our quick Booking + Questionnaire

Upon booking your session, you will receive an email that will prompt you with questions regarding your shape, size, style and so on.  This way your personal stylist can address the things that matter to you.  It is of the most important steps for us to create a tailored session for just for you!

We offer two options, in person styling at our Benicia Store and Virtual Zoom Styling.  Our Benicia Store is located at 374 1st Street, Benicia, CA.  For the Virtual Styling your Zoom link will be sent 24 hours prior to your booking.

This completely virtual styling service is available to help you create the perfect wardrobe for your body type and lifestyle - no matter where you live.

We will show you how to style outfits from our new arrivals with pieces you already own. We will answer any fit and sizing questions you have and help you with accessories to complete your look.

Step 2: Show Up & Let Us Pamper You

“Friendly, warm, welcoming and safe.” We are not intimidating. We are warm and we are welcoming. And, perhaps above all, we are SAFE. When you show up for your session you’ll be welcomed and taken on a shop tour to make sure there are not items we have missed for you.  We also want to hear your feedback so we can adjust the items we have pulled and understand your personal style, and what your lifestyle is like.

Step 3: Hand-Picked Items Waiting for You!

During your 30 minute or one-hour timeframe, you have a personal stylist dedicated to you and only you. This session is all about you, babe. Your personal stylist will have entire outfits chosen just for you and be there to pull more sizes and suggest styling tips.

Step 4: Decide on Your Favorite Pieces

We have a zero-obligation policy. You will not be pressured, sales-pitched or urged to purchase anything when it is time to wrap up your session.   We only want you to get things that you really love…no regrets!  We genuinely believe that if your heart feels as though you have found pieces that make sense for you, that you will be thrilled to bring them home with you.

Step 5: Feedback Time

How would we continue to grow as confidence-boosters if we didn’t receive any feedback? We want it all. The good, the bad and the meh. Lay it on us. At the end of your session, you’ll be given an opportunity to let us know how your experience was.

Step 6: Leave With the Pieces You Love and the Confidence to Match

It is our goal that you will leave restored and boosted in confidence and feeling like a million bucks with the items you find.  We also have special discounts just for our personal styling clients that are shared on the day of your appointment and your stylist will be available for future fashion advice, sneak peeks and letting you know about new arrivals and insider sales.
